On a Personal Note
You're more than likely aware of a Greek Alphabet Letter that is throwing a spanner in the works.
We were planning a lovely month in sunny South Africa. Due to the world doing an about-turn on travel relaxation, we're in limbo land. I could say a lot more about the devastating effects of the travel bans on thousands of families and their finances....and for now suffice to say I've been doing a heck of a lot of tapping. Last week Friday - first, crying. Then,
tapping.
Surrender is the name of the game in 2021.
Which brings me to.... Kindness.
Every person on earth is dealing with a huge amount of stuff. Most of it is under the surface. We all have stress about the current state of affairs, our families, loved ones, travel, holidays, money, future outlook... not to speak of the immense load of difficulties most people are still carrying from the past.
I've been working with people in distress. Huge distress. This is not an easy time, . When our world is in unpheaval, it can trigger so much from the past that
is still unhealed.
My plea is that we treat every person as if they are carry something painful. We only see people's outsides... and we have no idea what's brewing for them on the inside.
Can you do with a bit of kindness?
I sure could. So could every one else, I bet.
If we can't find a kind person, let us BE that person. So many need it right now.
