Overcome Procrastination and Write Now, with EFT
Do you procrastinate on things like
- writing an article,
- writing a FB or Instagram post,
- writing your book,
- making a video,
- creating something else,
- putting your creations out into the world, or
- making progress on your other goals?
On Monday 17 & 24 April 2023, I'm hosting a fun workshop with my awesome colleague, Rochelle Melander.
Rochelle is a coach for writers, and has 13 books under her belt. She will share the main archetypes of procrastination, and teach practical tips and strategies to
use for each.
Here's the kicker, though...
We can know all the methods by heart, but if there's an emotional reason in
the way of using a strategy, the emotion wins every time.
Emotions or thoughts that can lead to procrastination include:
- Fear of judgment and criticism
- Fearing embarrassment or humiliation
- It has to be perfect
- Worry about how your creation will be received
- Considering everyone else who needs your attention first
- Dreaming about
possibilities instead of making a decision and starting
- And a whole host more!
So: We'll use EFT in this workshop, too!
EFT is an effective, gentle, fast-acting method to release stress, anxiety, fear and other emotions from our nervous system. It helps us feel calmer and think more clearly,
so we can do the writing or creating that we intend - and enjoy it!
This Workshop will be helpful if:
- You regularly procrastinate and it's causing
stress
- You want to overcome the tendency
- You feel frustrated with countless promises you've made yourself
- You feel guilty or bad for all your intentions that don't materialise
- You already know EFT want to tap along for overcoming procrastination
- You want to feel inspirated instead of anxious when you write

- With a better understanding and compassion for why you procrastinate
- Feeling calmer and inspired to write (or practice your craft)
- With a recording so you can revise the info and tap along again
