Dear On a Personal Note I don't know about you, but I'm experiencing a very different year than I'd envisioned in January! All sorts of unforeseen events and circumstances have entered my life... and I'm guessing it's no different for you. The world is changing, and so also our personal lives. If you read my past 2
newsletters, you would have seen that I've needed to step back a bit from 'business as usual'. It still feels really weird - since my business has been part of "who I am" for the longest time (20 years in fact!) I've been doing my best to set up new routines, creating new ways of looking at my life and how
I'm showing up. Quite a few of you wrote that it sounds so desirable and lovely to have more spaciousness in the calendar - and yet, I have to admit, there is also a fair amount of resistance in me. I'm loving the spaciousness, yes... and yet! There are some things about the change that I am not fully
embracing yet. This made me think again that change - even the kind that we want - does not happen overnight. Even change we choose can feel hard to implement... because partly we (humans) are creatures of habit, and partly our beliefs (about what's possible for us) can
hinder us. Then, another bit part of it is the one of 'Identity'. And that's what's a bit of a hump for me. One of my
mentors, Steve Wells, reminds ne regularly of this quote from Zig Ziglar: "You will never perform consistently in a manner which is inconsistent with the way you see yourself." Ooh!! I've always seen myself as someone who works hard. That's been part of my identity since I started going to school. I LOVE working, for many hours, feeling accomplished, ticking things
off... and I have to say it's a wee struggle to go against that identity right now. How do you see yourself? Does your Identity hamper you when you want to make a change? One great question to investigate this is to write at the top of a piece of paper: "I am the kind of person who..." And then complete the sentence in as many ways as you can. Right there, you have parts of your identity. Yes, it IS possible to change our identity, and it doesn't happen overnight, nor in the blink of an eye... it does involve some effort and determination from our side.
Below, a pic or two of recent walks just around our small village. It's so healing to experience the beautiful green forests, even though it's been the driest spring
in a 100 years. (Nature, too, doesn't change overnight!) Plus, an invitation to a free event for a Health Q & A, with Meta Consciousness™. If you're experiencing a health condition and wonder what's underneath - why you, why now, why this body part... this might be for you. It's deeply aligned
with the laws of nature. Thank you for being here!
On a Business Note: Our Health
"Wellness is not a 'medical fix' but a way of living - a lifestyle sensitive and responsive to all dimensions of body, mind, and spirit, an approach to life we each design to achieve our highest potential for well-being now and
forever." - Greg Anderson - It can feel so vulnerable and scary when things go 'wrong' in the health department. I know, because I've personally been there so many times.
My mother has had Parkinson's for 12 years, and she's declining fast. My sister has had some scary health symptoms. My husband went through a few scares in recent months. My brother has just broken his collarbone. Ugh, it can be so hard. You'll know what I mean if you've been there. Or maybe you know a friend or family member who knows this
place. The more stressful things we encounter, the more our health can suffer. There's a LOT going on in our wider world and that inevitably impacts our personal
world. I'm guessing you're no stranger to fight, flight, freeze or flop. Our mind and body are not separate. All the stress might very well affect our health eventually - physically or mentally. I used to feel clueless about my health conditions and what caused them. I loved blaming the food I ate... it was the simple thing
to do. "My stomach ache is due to the chilli/coffee/tomato/apple I had yesterday..." But then - even cutting out those foods for months, had absolutely zero effect. I became a
Meta Consciousness ™ Analysis Coach because I knew our bodies don't make mistakes! I wanted to understand why symptoms can give us so much trouble, and why we try everything and yet... the issue stays. I finally learned that there's a piece that hardly anyone addresses! We can cut out all the 'bad
food', or eat all the right things, drink all the green juice in the world, do all the yoga and meditations... but if we leave out this piece, the health issue may not resolve. So below is a warm invitation to attend a gentle, supportive circle where my dear friend and colleague, Emma Reid, and myself will explain some background of our
body's vast intelligence, and then we'll take questions for specific health conditions.
Invitation: Meta Consciousness™ Health Q & A
A (very) different perspective on Health Concerns
Perhaps you've been struggling with a health condition for a while, and not getting the right support or answers. You may have been to countless medical professionals who told you to 'manage' the condition, or they simply don't have anything else to offer but more tests, and only symptom relief. If you believe in
the wisdom of nature, and that it doesn't make mistakes, you would likely enjoy deeper insight into what your body is actually trying to do. If you're wondering "why this condition, why me, why now", this would be of interest to you. Bring your health condition and explore the mind-body root cause of some of your
symptoms.
With the analysis tool I use, Meta Consciousness™, we can help you understand how and why the body is adapting to a particular type of stress or trauma - so that you can move in the right direction to regain balance and health.

A response from the last call: "Emma and Liesel created a deeply safe and tuned-in environment, gently guiding us into a reflective space where even the most personal stories were shared with surprising ease and dignity. Each participant received a brief but highly detailed Meta-Analysis, concise yet rich, opening a door to
long-awaited understanding. In just six minutes per person, Emma and Liesel highlighted patterns and possibilities with such clarity that it felt like weeks’ worth of insight and guidance. What impressed me most was the energetic coherence they maintained throughout the gathering: quiet, reverent, and deeply human. Although we started as strangers, we left with a sense of connection and
respect that crossed continents—from South Africa to England to the U.S. Emma and Liesel are rare facilitators of insight and grace. Their Meta-Consciousness work fosters profound healing through presence, clarity, and connection, meeting each person where they are and guiding them toward deeper understanding."
