Free Gentle Reset Gathering for HSPs

If you’ve been feeling a little overwhelmed, stretched thin, or just needing a moment to reconnect with yourself, I have something special for you.

Every second month, I host a free Gentle Reset Gathering—a safe, supportive space for Highly Sensitive People (HSPs) and gentle souls like you to pause, reflect, and release some of the emotional weight you may be carrying.

This Month’s Theme: 

Releasing Self-Doubt: "What limiting belief am I ready to let go of?"

We’ll explore this topic together through:

• A simple, powerful journaling prompt
• A 20-25 minute EFT (Tapping) session to ease stress and shift energy
• A chance to share (only if you feel comfortable)
• A gentle check-in to help you feel lighter and more grounded

This is a gentle, low-pressure taste of my work. We won't solve it all in this one session, yet there is so much goodness that comes from the kinship, tapping, journaling and community. If you’ve been curious about EFT or looking for a moment of self-care, I’d love for you to join!

How it will work

We'll meet on Zoom. It'll be a confidential space for quiet reflection, to give your own wisdom a chance to surface. We'll also do group tapping, where everyone can tap along at the same time for benefits like calm, peace and more clarity. It's much easier if you can participate from a computer, rather than a phone, because we type in the chat box (slower on a phone). 

Will I be free of my issue after this call?

I wish I could give you that assurance, and the most probable answer is 'likely not'. I don't know how much trauma or stressful events contributed to your challenge, so it's simply impossible for me to say. Plus, this group call cannot be customised to the same level as an individual tapping session. Let's be realistic. It's not meant to be a full healing session. AND... I also know that every single time, participants walk away from these calls with different levels or relief, healing, relaxation and peace. We all start somewhere with our healing, on every issue. 

Is this a safe space to share my concerns?

This space is meant to reflect quietly through journaling, so you won't even have to share if you're not comfortable with that. We will use EFT to work through stress and emotions. Still  - be assured, it's all confidential. I'm skilled at helping everyone feel safe. We'll use Zoom text chat, and verbal sharing only if time allows. If you want to tap along without sharing thoughts in the chat, you're welcome to do that too. 

Will there be a recording? 

No recordings afterwards. This is a live experience, encouraging you to make time for yourself in the moment.
