Wishing you a beautiful 2018 filled with love, abundance, health, fun, development and joy.
I know that our wishes, goals, hopes and dreams don't always come true as we intended or envisioned. So when things feel like they're going
'wrong', I wish you strength, courage, resilience, and above all, compassion and kindness for yourself. Sometimes when things are 'going wrong', we're being spared from something that was not meant for us. Our human minds can't see it yet and if we could have some patience, trust and faith that we're being looked after, the purpose of the diversion will usually become clear.
However 2018 turns out - I wish you growth and learning from all your experiences.
That's one of the most useful attitudes to have in any circumstance. Instead of lamenting how we didn't get what we want, or didn't reach our goal, or feel like a victim or a failure... what can we LEARN from those experiences, and apply it in future?
And lastly, a quick newsflash about something I deeply believe in:
I wrote earlier this year about the awesome 3-day workshop
called "Fall in Love with Presenting" I attended. It was simply life-changing for me. It taught me not only about presentation skills - it also helped me build skills in so many other areas of my life. For instance - the power of addressing the "Elephant" in the room, something I used to avoid. It's helped me in countless and unexpected ways to live a more authentic life.
Okay, I did say QUICK newsflash, so here's the point.... Bennie Naude
is hosting this workshop ONLINE for the first time ever, and it promises to be awesome. It's spread over 6 weeks, so you have time to practice, integrate and absorb the material. Plus, no travel! I'd JUMP at this opportunity to release your fear of speaking, teaching or presenting in front of an audience, be it colleagues, peers, exec or students.
Fall in Love with Presenting Online starts on 4 January and there's only 1 SPACE left. Contact Bennie as
soon as you can if you're interested, he'll give you all further details. It's at a super low price, too, because it's the pilot program. - email bennie@fallinlovewithpresenting.com
Have a beautiful day tomorrow! If you're an introvert, make sure you get a few minutes of quiet time to recharge. It IS important to take care of your own energy needs.
About Liesel Liesel is a Connected Introvert who loves helping other introverts to thrive in their career and life, to overcome the fear of being visible and to connect in deep, meaningful ways. Liesel really can't bear thinking of introverts as shy nerds who don't make an awesome contribution in the world. So she created a number of programs to help introverts do just that: recognize their talents, build confidence, be themselves, practice exquisite self-care, create work and life they
adore while making a meaningful difference.
If you're interested to find out how to work with Liesel, please pop an email and she'll get right back to you.
