"Liesel and Alison make a great team sharing
their knowledge on “How to have a difficult conversation” Alison shares her knowledge on communication while Liesel showed me how to keep my emotions calm. With all these skills in my bag, I was able to have a difficult conversation with a family member, that has been “The big elephant in the room” for the last 3 years. I was always fearful of what the outcome might be and how they might react, or perhaps they may be angry. I followed the steps that I learnt, wrote down the
points, and WOW, it went so easy, with a great positive outcome. A big thank you to Liesel and Alison for empowering me to have the courage to “Have a difficult conversation”.
