I hope you had a wonderful festive season and I wish you a 2019 that's so good you don't want it to end! A precious friend wished that for me and I thought it was SO wonderful I want to pass it on. ✨✨

On a personal note, our festive season was a bit tough due to some family challenges. If yours was anything like mine, I offer you my empathy. It can be SO hard to manage difficult feelings around a time that everyone expects relaxation and "happy families".  Life SO does NOT give us all the things we think "should" happen! And, dear , I believe it can only go UP from here! 

Take a deep breath in, let it out like a sigh… and let's look at the year ahead. 

How would it be to start out from this moment on, with fresh intentions, on a clean slate? AND find out what's holding you back, and where to focus first? 

We will end up "anywhere" if we don't at least choose a direction.

• You are willing to look at a few things you'd rather ignore (those pesky Elephants….)
• You're serious about creating a year you'll love (I say CREATE because it doesn't involve sitting on the couch and wishing for it!)
• You are not in a current program with me (clients will receive this another way)
• You can attend an appointment in January 2019
