How has your 2020 felt so far? I must admit in my world it feels like a very fast start out of the blocks.
Is it because Brexit is now (finally) a firm possibility? <sniffing sadly>... Or is it because I'm adding new habits to my schedule? (shorter work sessions, core strengthening, reading). Is it because I'm being more consistent with a lot more things in my life? (exercise, walks, more sleep, showing up for my business). Or is time simply going faster because I'm a year older and 365 days is
increasingly a smaller % of the total time I've been on earth? (I just realised I'll need to write a whole new blog post about all of this!)

Many of the sensitive introverts I work with, shy away from the spotlight. They don't want to stand out, be visible, seen or toot their horn about their work. Yet... if they don't, they can't do the work they love because no-one knows about them. Here's a short(ish) article on a client's journey with this challenge. It's fascinating to discover what can be underneath.

January 2020 Workshop:
One last call - there is no cost to attend live. Please register only if you're planning to be there live. If you would rather have the recording, it'll be available for a small fee afterwards.
In this 90 minute class we'll use EFT tapping to calm the feelings about goals and previous disappointments. We'll explore different ways to look at goals/intentions, and come away with new ways to make it more fun and enjoyable in 2020.
This 90 min workshop will be ideal for you if:
- you already know EFT tapping
- you've had a difficult relationship with goals
- you want to change that and have it feel more lighthearted
- you want to learn more resourceful ways to think about goals
Participation is via audio and video. It's going to be safe, private and relaxed. You will more than likely feel lighter, and more present and relaxed about any goals or intentions you have. If you hate goals or have huge resistance to them.... I'd say that's a really great reason to attend!

New Possible Way to Work with Me
I need to spend more time away from the computer, outside, using my body in different ways. You might need only a half hour session to talk through something - not a deep processing session. Or a little bit of help to talk through a challenge, and get some tapping ideas.
I usually work with a minimum of 3 sessions.
How about we combine our needs? I'll offer single sessions like these at about half of my usual rate. I get my body to move while you have a short session (30-40 mins) that gets you through a current sticky bit.
If the idea interests you - please reply! That way I'll know whether to continue pursuing this.
