Dear
What a poignant time in human history we're living in. I thought (maybe you too?) the pandemic was the worst of it... and in comes a few other global events. It feels like there are massive torches shining Light into previously dark, hidden corners of our consciousness.
In the meantime, while global storms are raging, we need to keep living our daily lives, each with our own internal "thought viruses" and powerful storms. So many people I know are just trying to keep head above water, trying their best to stay sane and take care of their mental health while everything is changing at great speed.
If there's one thing I've re-learnt during the last few months, it's that I have a limit for how much I can "take in and process" at any one time.
The last few months have been distressing to say the least, and it's not over yet. Every now and again, I need to put my phone away in a cupboard and do my best to leave it there for a few hours or a day. It is happy to keep providing me with news that upsets and destabilizes me. Yes, I want to contribute to solutions in the world... and I can't if I'm
reeling.
Many in my sensitive community have been battling with this:
The Circle of Concern (huge - the whole world - all the things we are concerned about, that we care about, that can't continue, that pains our hearts) and The Circle of Influence (that small circle where we can actually "do" something - our own household, our own local community, our own extended family, friends, clients, pets). The latter can feel so small
compared to the collective pain and suffering.
It's a fine, fine balance between "ignoring and denying what's going on" and "practicing self-care so I can be of service where I do have influence". It feels important to me that we keep experimenting to find our own balance. No-one can tell us what that balance should be for us. I wish you well with finding your own personal stability and centre in these transformational
times.
I wrote a very personal article after a deeply layered experience I had last week. Alongside a few articles in this newsletter, there's also an offer that might interest you if you enjoy the power of EFT.

Articles and Video's
Have you ever felt like you're just not making enough progress with a challenge or problem you're experiencing? Me too! Here's an article with how I found this works It's a question of layers.
A 13 min Youtube video if you feel "I'm not good enough" or "Someone's going to judge me!". Do a few rounds of tapping with me! Where does that belief come from?
Anxiety is something most of us are familiar with. It's horribly unpleasant to experience. EFT is effective to reduce anxiety symptoms in the moment. Sometimes the symptoms return. And then people ask "Does EFT really work for anxiety?" Here's my answer.

2. Personal Peace Procedure Group Experience
I've been considering this for a while and wonder if you'd be interested?
The "Personal Peace Procedure" is a process we can follow to discharge those events in the past that still feel painful, hurtful, icky, cringy, embarrassing, humiliating (etc) when we think about them now. Those events contribute to limiting beliefs, how we see ourselves, how much
confidence we have, how we behave, our health, and so much more.
We can do this by ourselves (here's an article). Because it's sometimes a bit intimidating to start, I'd love to offer a small group experience to support you to make some progress.
This will be a a Beta Experience at a Beta Price!
- We'll meet 4 times in 2 months - every second week same day and time.
- This time round it'll be $50 per month, for 2 x 1-hour tapping classes per month.
- 4-6 people max in the group, for personal attention.
- No fluff - just tapping, clearing, changing beliefs and relief!
If this interests you, please pop a reply by Monday 8 June 2020. Two places have been filled already. We'll figure out a day/time that will suit the group.

3. Private Work with Liesel
If you prefer to do the deep work in private sessions, I have 1 slot available in my calendar. If you'd like help on any of the areas I love working with (relationship challenges, patterns that keep repeating, any emotional charge that won't go away, visibility for sensitive introverts) I warmly invite you to inquire. We'll set up a time for a chat to see if
we're a comfy fit.

Wishing you wellness, ease and kindness to yourself.
With love,
Liesel
